Chef Jade

" You're becoming a culinary chef, Jade!" says my mom. Yep, she's right, I am really becoming a chef.:D helped make breakfast , lunch & tea.
Fried an omelette for breakfast.While breaking the eggs, one egg wuz too old so the egg white came out first isolating the yolk. Then, I got cheese all over the pan trying to fry the omelette. My Super Mom came to the rescue...
Helped make beef burgers out of minced beef here's the steps how to make natural beef patties. INGREDIENTS
1) Minced Beef
2) Corn Flour
3) Salt
4) Plain Flour
5) Italian Seasoning

STEPS
1)Mix the corn flour, salt, plain flour and Italian Seasoning.

2)Put the minced beef into the mixture of corn flour, salt, plain flour and Italian
Seasoning.Mix.

3)Heat the pan and do not put oil but butter instead , for nice aroma.

4) It takes about 10-15 minutes for the pan to heat so while the pan is at it, roll
the minced beef into balls and flatten it espscially the middle.

5) The pan should be ready by now. Put the raw patties in and fry until one part shows a light greyish-brownish colour. Once this happens , flip the patties and make sure that the other is also cooked. Do the same for the other patties.

6)Now it's chow time. Enjoy your patties with tomato ketchup or if you'd prefer a twang of spiciness, do feel free to add a tinge of Tabasco Sauce.

For tea, we baked a delicious carrot cake with walnuts added. But we didn't forget the icing. Buttery icing on top of our carrot cakes. Now, that's a meal fit for a king. Unfortunately, we didn't have any hot chocalate to go with it. But Chiaoz for now. I'm going to have some of my delicious cake! ( smaks lips!!)
