All Down With The Flu

Father sick, mother sick, brother sick, I also sick. Erm, I don't think it's advisable to start a post with Manglish (mangled- English). So Sorry aaah..... Uh Oh! There goes my "ah lian" English again!! All four of us in my family have got the flu. Went to see the doctor today. He said that we all had the same virus. Guess who the culprit was? Moi.Well bye for now. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all!!

Chef Jade

" You're becoming a culinary chef, Jade!" says my mom. Yep, she's right, I am really becoming a chef.:D helped make breakfast , lunch & tea.
Fried an omelette for breakfast.While breaking the eggs, one egg wuz too old so the egg white came out first isolating the yolk. Then, I got cheese all over the pan trying to fry the omelette. My Super Mom came to the rescue...
Helped make beef burgers out of minced beef here's the steps how to make natural beef patties. INGREDIENTS
1) Minced Beef
2) Corn Flour
3) Salt
4) Plain Flour
5) Italian Seasoning

STEPS
1)Mix the corn flour, salt, plain flour and Italian Seasoning.

2)Put the minced beef into the mixture of corn flour, salt, plain flour and Italian
Seasoning.Mix.

3)Heat the pan and do not put oil but butter instead , for nice aroma.

4) It takes about 10-15 minutes for the pan to heat so while the pan is at it, roll
the minced beef into balls and flatten it espscially the middle.

5) The pan should be ready by now. Put the raw patties in and fry until one part shows a light greyish-brownish colour. Once this happens , flip the patties and make sure that the other is also cooked. Do the same for the other patties.

6)Now it's chow time. Enjoy your patties with tomato ketchup or if you'd prefer a twang of spiciness, do feel free to add a tinge of Tabasco Sauce.

For tea, we baked a delicious carrot cake with walnuts added. But we didn't forget the icing. Buttery icing on top of our carrot cakes. Now, that's a meal fit for a king. Unfortunately, we didn't have any hot chocalate to go with it. But Chiaoz for now. I'm going to have some of my delicious cake! ( smaks lips!!)

Exams Rock!! not.....

Yeah, yeah.... stupid exams are just around the corner.It's on this Monday actually. I soooo wanna scream. I'm just controlling myself.Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just screamed :D

I Got a Merit!!!!!

I finally got my piano exam results last week!! I got a MERIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got 3 marks lower than the distinction mark which is 130%. The highest score any ingenious person could get is 150%. I got !127%. And the examiner was super nice and friendly. Last year's one was quite strict. But I thank all of those who wished me luck !! Bye 4 now

I kena Influenza A positive

This is old news , so don't nag at me , okay? I kena Influenza A Positive 2 weeks ago. I didn't write about it earlier coz I was afraid that you would be scared to go near me. But don't worry, I'm recovering now. I was away from school for two weeks (yippee) at home going online. I was on quarentine while writing the Scary Exam post. Wanna here about my unfortunate day? Read on. Okay , here goes the story.I had really high fever. About 103 Farenheit. My mom gave me a Kool Fever. I lay in bed. After an hour, my mom checked my temperature again. It had increased to 104 Farenheit. And ,no I'm not kidding. My mom helped me to get up and go to the doctor's. There was a long line at the clinic. Suddenly, I had started breathing faster than usual and had lack of breath. I went in to the doctors room for an instant checfkup. I was given a swab test, to find that i kena. The doctor wrote a letter to give to Pantai Hospital to admit me. Went home to pack. Drove to Pantai, to find that there were no beds for me. Pantai doctor wrote a letter for me to take to Hospital Selayang. Went there and waited, and waited, and waited for my turn. Finally, a doctor checked me. Said that it was just a strong throat infection and that was no need to be admitted. Gave me a strong Anti- biotic and several other medicines and told me to go home and quarantine myself. By the time I went home, it was 6 am. I went from hospital to hospital from 10pm (Wednesday)- 6am (Thursday). Went home didn't bother to change into pajamas and brush my teeth. Just jumped into bed and ate medicine. So that's my unfortunate day. Please have some sympathy for me. Chiaoz!

My Bro's B'day

Today, I played as Miss Maid in my bro's b'day party. But, overall, I still had loads of fun! There was only 1 game throughout the party, that was : Making Your Own Partybag. We had to fill a small party plasticbag with loads of goodies according to the quatity rules. Only a few children were invited. More adults and teens.Those fortunate kids who came were:

The scary piano exam I wrote about last time is totally O-V-E-R!! I will know my results next week. I'll write again to let you guys know my results! Chiaoz for now!!

Sorry for not posting anything lately. Been soo busy coz of exam. Mum was not so bad bout the studying thing but I was the one that put pressure on myself .My dad said that if I wanted to get first or second place in class , I had to keep repeating : 1st,2nd,1st,2nd,1st,2nd .............................
On friday last two weeks, my science teacher,MR. Samy discussed our science paper. I got all correct for the objective question sheet so know I have to cross fingers that the answer sheet won't get any wrong. For the subjective questions, I got two wrong so the marks are18/20. So sad. Overall, I have 96/100 for science .YIPPE!

MY BRO WAS SOOOOOOOO BAD YESTERDAY. HE YANKED MY HAIR. I ALMOST GOT BALD! HE ALWAYS DOES THAT TO ME SO THIS TIME I GOT REALLY MAD. WHEN I'M MAD, I DO ANYTHING I WANT.
